I remember a troubled evening, a crazy snowfall that made ​​the trip difficult and at the end, a well-deserved (and hours late) dinner in a restaurant with Russian cuisine. These were the circumstances in which I tasted for the first time the traditional Siberian dishes, among which I especially remember the taste of salmon blini, a preparation similar to pancakes but often served as a first course or salty appetizer.
