“Ferrabestiario degli Animetalli”, the collection of animals and insects coming straight from the hardware store under your house, created and designed by the Italian artist
Luca Storero and exhibited in Turin in the spaces Partatissima 2013. Reinterpretations of the animal world made of creative compositions and bizarre combinations of metallic materials, enriched and detailed with shells and leaves. Chains, springs, pins, screws, bolts, staples and nails, put next to one another in a game of imagination and fantasy. Everyday objects that once abandoned their original function come alive, change into art elements and transform to give life to majestic mantises, roosters, buffalos, owls, chameleons, sea urchins, sea horses and crows.
For those interested in seeing his works live, the artist will exhibit some of his creations from November 30th at the Pinacoteca Civica in Pinerolo (Turin).
