After introducing “
The Plunger suspension lamp“, this week we give you a new taste of what we hope will become a new column on THEmag, an appointment with the design, a way to discover, to support and promote the designers and their projects. Today we present “Wild Bill”: the clothes hanger created by designers of the Norwegian studio Atle Tveit. A simple idea born from the desire to create a funny object that can offer an alternative and different solution from the classical and ordinary hangers. A simple and stylized structure, but with a significant development work, a design challenge in the modeling of a curve, the correct size and proportion, perpetually searching for the right functionality and harmony. Elements and features that underlie a curious, whimsical, cartoonish-looking shape, the silhouette of a cactus, turned into a piece of modern furniture. If you like the project and want to support you still have about 36 days to book one of 100 limited edition pieces on “
TheCreator.ME“.
